AmeriLux purchased the land from the city earlier this year to accommodate the company鈥檚 continuous growth and evolution.
Located about one mile south of 础尘别谤颈尝耻虫鈥檚 corporate headquarters, the new buildings will provide approximately 500,000 square feet of distribution and warehousing space. As a loyal 淫乱社区. customer, their design/build team was chosen as the Architect and General Contractor to bring 础尘别谤颈尝耻虫鈥檚 expansion building project vision to life.听 Together the team has put together a plan that will include many unique features such as:
- 500,000 sq. ft. across two different buildings on 23-acre site
- 548 total multiwall polycarbonate windows
- Over one mile of foundation walls
- Less than one mile from the future De Pere Southern Bridge
- The region鈥檚 largest flagpole, standing at 120鈥 tall
- A 30鈥 x 60鈥 version of Old Glory, flying proudly
Upon completion of the new buildings in the winter of 2025-2026, AmeriLux will manage over 1.6 million square feet of distribution and warehousing space. The expansion is expected to create over 100 new jobs in manufacturing & warehousing, management & sales, and CDL drivers.鈥
